This tasting menu showcases some of the best offerings from Fireside Grill, celebrating Vancouver Island and its bountiful range of ingredients. The seasonal menu is continually evolving, guided by the farmers, forests, oceans, and the culinary expertise of our team. While we strive to accommodate most dietary restrictions, some options may need substituting.
